– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details to the relevant courier site. You should be able to track your order within 24 hours to see the progress of your delivery.

– All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days. We use Aramex, UPS and USPS to ensure quicker delivery at reasonable costs.

– We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

– Unfortunately, there is no next day delivery option for international deliveries. Most items are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.

– Whilst we endeavor to deliver as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

– Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original cost plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
