In Zulu language ” Isicholo” is a traditional hat made by rural women in South Africa. It was worn for special occasions but with the African fashion trending this hat can be worn for casual and formal events. The Zulu hat is handcrafted out of traditional cloth and set with patterns woven onto the fabric. It is available in a variety of colours.
The large Zulu hat has a circumference of 130-140cm on the wide part and the head space 55-60cm. It has drawstrings at the back to adjust the fit slightly.

Each Zulu hat is an “original” work of art, individually hand crafted and each piece of a specific style is similar, but not identical.
